has their 1AM.

We made coffee for you. 1AM started with a simple idea: make cold coffee that actually tastes like coffee without unnecessary sweetness or compromise.

Two people.
One coffee problem.

Arihant was practising law in Delhi, while Manasvi was studying at Jindal. Neither planned to start a beverage company.

They simply loved cold coffee, couldn't find one they genuinely wanted to drink, and decided to make it themselves. Arihant left law in early 2025, and that coffee problem slowly became 1AM.

We wanted
better coffee.

We loved cold coffee. We just couldn't find one that tasted like actual coffee.
Too many options felt overly sweet, thick, or closer to a dessert than coffee.

So we started with what we wanted: 100% Arabica, zero added sugar and nothing unnecessary. Then we found people who had stopped drinking cold coffee because of lactose, sugar or overly sweet formulations.

That's when 1AM became about bringing people back to coffee they had left behind.

Good coffee
takes time.

We could have launched in three months. Instead, we spent nearly a year on formulation, reformulation, retort trials, and shelf-life testing.

Some batches worked. Some didn't. The protein coffee took even longer.

We kept going until we had something we'd actually want to drink again.

It makes
me feel better.

We want lactose-free coffee to feel normal. Shelf-stable coffee to feel obvious. And better versions of everyday food and beverages to become the expectation.

Coffee is where we're starting. There's more to come.
